What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹59 applies below that. Handling takes 1 business day, with transit around 2–4 working days to metro PIN codes and 4–7 working days elsewhere — so allow 3–8 business days in total.
How can I pay?
UPI in advance or Cash on Delivery — those two only. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or wallets, and no card form exists on this site.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 10 days of delivery, provided it is unused and back in its original packaging with the invoice. Approved refunds are processed within 6 business days.
It arrived damaged — what now?
Record a video as you open the parcel and email it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it or refund you in full and cover the freight.
Is there a warranty?
We do not offer a six-month or manufacturer-backed warranty through this store, and you will not find warranty terms on our product pages. What we cover is damage, defects and short counts on arrival, reported within 48 hours with the unboxing video.
Small bubble or large bubble?
Small bubble cushions surfaces and stops scuffing — right for crockery, frames and books. Large bubble absorbs impact and fills void space — right for electronics, lamps and anything with a fragile projection. Most moves need both.
How much do I need for a room?
As a rough guide, one 175 sq ft roll of small bubble covers the breakables of an average kitchen, and a 200-sheet pack of packing paper handles the same room’s glassware. Ordering slightly over is cheaper than a second delivery mid-move.
Can I reuse it?
Bubble wrap survives two or three careful moves if you unwrap rather than cut, and store it out of sunlight. Once bubbles have popped flat it has no cushioning left and is only void fill.
Do you have a shop, or ship abroad?
Neither. We are online-only, with no counter to visit, and we deliver within India alone.
